My sculpture, “End of Shift”, offers a captivating visual representation on the delicate struggle of weight and balance.

Encountering the sculpture, the stainless steel figure adds a touch of sleekness and modernity, inviting viewers to contemplate the intricate details and textures that grace its surface with it’s unique patina. This dark patina suggests the weight we carry in our daily lives – the burdens, expectations, and responsibilities that shape our existence. At first glance, the elongated figure exudes a sense of graceful movement. However, upon closer examination, one is drawn to the tension that underpins its very existence. Delicate, yet sturdy, the figure is meticulously poised to create a form that seems to teeter on the verge of imbalance. In contrast, the bronze table symbolizes the resilience that sustains us in our perpetual search for support and balance. With every step taken around this sculpture, a delicate adjustment is made and a new perspective is revealed, reminding us that the journey towards equilibrium is ever-evolving.
